You run a business. P&L, staffing, inventory, fuel margin, and the standard your store is known for in its town.
Pumps, coolers, HVAC, canopy lighting. You travel between stations and fix the thing before it becomes a closed sign.
Fuel supply, accounting, marketing, HR, and IT. Small team, short meetings, and every role touches all eighteen stores.
