What we collect,and what we don't.
This policy covers orbitstations.com. It is written to be read rather than skimmed past, because a privacy policy nobody reads protects nobody.
What this covers
This policy applies to this website, operated by Orbit Stations Inc. It does not cover what happens inside our stores, at the pump, or in any payment system operated by a card network or processor. Those are governed by their own terms and by the disclosures given at the point of sale.
Information you give us
The only information this site asks for is what you type into a form. The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional topic and station, and your message. The launch list forms collect an email address and which list you asked to join.
We use that information to reply to you, to route a station complaint to the right store manager, or to email you once when the programme you signed up for launches. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, this site is served by hosting infrastructure that records standard request logs: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. Those logs exist for security and reliability and are retained by our hosting provider under their own retention schedule.
The website application does not currently include advertising pixels or third-party advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may still process standard request data for security, delivery and reliability.
Third parties
Directions links on station pages open Google Maps. Once you follow one of those links you are on Google's site and Google's privacy policy applies, not ours.
When a form-delivery service is configured, that provider may process the information you submit in order to deliver it to us. If no service is configured, the site may open your email application instead.
Website fonts are packaged with the site's own assets rather than requested from Google when a page loads.
How long we keep things
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to resolve what you wrote in about, and then for a reasonable period as a record. Launch list emails are kept until the programme launches or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email hello@orbitstations.com to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question. We will review and respond as required by applicable law.
You can also ask to be removed from any launch list at any time, including by replying to the email that put you on it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

This policy describes the website's current application behavior. Hosting, email and form providers may maintain their own privacy and retention practices.
